An indicative estimate is shown here once your request is sent. KSR will confirm the specification, installation scope and VAT treatment in your official quote.

How the estimate is calculated

The guide uses 65 W/m² for bedrooms, 80 W/m² for living and other dry rooms, and 90 W/m² for kitchens, plus your selected heat allowance. It assumes a modern, well-insulated home.

Budget allowances: £1,500–£3,000 per standard single split; £2,800–£5,000 for a two-head multi-split; £6,000–£8,500 for a four-head multi-split. Shared systems are grouped by floor; one room on a floor uses a single split allowance. Other arrangements, older properties, commercial spaces and larger systems need an individual price.

These are indicative 2026 budget assumptions based on typical 2.5–3.5 kW indoor units. They are not a fixed offer. Prices are not increased simply because the heat allowance changes; a larger or unusual system is referred to KSR. Pipe lengths, access, drainage, electrics and VAT treatment are confirmed in the official quote.
